The air filled with the smells of autumn and the water danced upon the river bank. the moonlight shown brightly in the water as the fae dashed into the blue liquid the ripples ruind the perfect moon picture that had been sitting there for some time now. it felt nice to get away from the intruding fae and the male although he was handsome. Her sleek body moved swiftly but gracefully through the water current. Her eyes sparkled and an evil smirk grew on her face as her pace slowed and padded to the thundering falls. Her eyes opened wide.
It felt soothing to her foot pads to be in the water from running all day. Her toung lolled out and she padded up to the water for a cool drink from the bottom of the falls. She gazed and wondered what great force made this beautiful creation. Her ears pricked up catching the smeels of another. It was that male she had meant. Had he followed her here? she wondered then let out a low growls just to say im here if you want me. She went around the back of the falls and a waited her guest on top of a rock as she cleaned herself his scent got stronger.

The scent of the female was strong, entering his black nose as Kodiak's large acoustics picked up the waterfall, and it soon came into view, the water slapping his face even though he was almost nowhere near it. The sound was loud, too loud, almost, it seemed. It was deafening, and as he continued to follow the female's scent, it became even louder.
He stopped when he saw her, her appearance even more beautiful then when he had first met her. The growl was an invitation, not a warning, and Kodiak closed in, his orbs taking in everything, from her gorgeous pale pelt to her amazing eyes, which were staring back at him. "I don't think I caught your name last time. Sorry about the intrusion, darling. The name's Kodiak, by the way." Kodiak introduce himself quietly, dipping his body as a show of respect. He wanted this female, he craved her. She was unlike any of the others before, she was better, she was more intense. And he wanted her. Kodiak dared to get closer, leaping up onto the rock with her. There was barely any room left as he made his spot next to her, his body touching hers as he lay down. A smile was planted on his face, a grin placed there by the demons.

The smells of the male got stronger and as she saw him walk in the cave a grin creped upon her face as she watched the male. He was the one for her and he thought the same thing. She could see it in his handsome brown eyes. His beautiful pelt sparkled with water and made it reflect beautifully. Her eyes had calmed down from a flaring gold to a soft wolf gold. Her heart was pounding more then ever and she wanted him so badly.
He seemed like he was following her everywhere. She didn't care it felt good to have someone who cared about you for once in your life. His amazing gaze sent on hers he got down to show respect for her then took a leap and laid right next to her. His wet fur touching her warm wet pelt. Her heart felt like it would explode at any minute now and she blushed a little. "Nice to meet you Kodiak darling, I'm Dakota Spirit but, your special so you can call me Dak." she said slowly seducing him even if she had him on her hook already. Her ears went down with her head and she licked underneath his chin to show him some respect then brought her head up and smiled; not an evil smile but a happy smile.
Her tail swished back and forth finally hitting the ground on top of his. She could feel his warm body and hear his heart slowly beating. Her voice sweet and flirtatious she began to talk, "So you followed me all the way here now have you; all just to see me." His eyes gleamed in the moonlight and her eyes sparkled with interest as her heart got used to the idea of being so close to him and his gaze was making her knees buckle but the feeling went away shortly.

"Why else, love? You're an addiction." Kodiak licked her back, pulling softly at her ear with his fangs. No blood ran, he didn't bite down too hard. He didn't want to hurt Dak. Smiling, Kodiak inched closer, feeling her heartbeat against his own. "And I'm assuming you have no brute to turn to, have you now?" Kodiak already knew the answer, no, she didn't, but he wanted to ask it anyways, to make sure. When they had met, she had smelled of no other male, only her own perfume, that smelled better than blood. Oh, how he longed to make her his completely, to watch his pups grow up under their watchful eyes, to train them to be malicious, fighting beasts. He laughed evilly, the thoughts getting to him, malicious, malovelent thoughts that he would use against some victim one day. Someday.
Kodiak turned his attention back to Dak, the smile still planted on his face. Oh, he was going to make her his, it was all just a matter of time. And this time, he would get her to trust him enough so that she didn't walk off on him, so that he could at least catch a glimpse of his pups before...before anything. He just wanted to see one more of his kin, just one, single puppy. That was all he asked.

She looked at him when he answered and she smiled, "Well your not so easy to stop thinking of either love darling." she laughed and inched a bit closer as well getting as close as she could possible get. She felt his soft nip on her ear and her body just relaxed. Her tensed up mucles just let out all of their stress and her eyes closed. She looked back up to him and felt his heart beat. "No i have no one not even a friend to turn to." she did not say anymore abut her old friends not unless he asked what happened to her old life. She wanted to let her past go and start off fresh. Her eyes meant his and she wanted this moment to last forever. She wanted someone she could turn to someone she knew who would confort her.
She rested her head upon her paws and looked at the waterfall. Her warm fur against his warm fur made her feel at home. She wanted to see her pups grow this time just one time before she dies. Even if she was only about three who never know. The falls pounding down she lifted her head and pricked her ears as a passing fox walked past the falls. The fox was red and deep color of red like the color of blood, but the only thing that smelled sweeter was Kodiak's scent. So sweet and it was the only thing but blood she loved. She wanted him and she knew he wanted her. "So do you have any faes?" She knew it was no but asked for no reason at all.

"No. Only you." Kodiak laughed again, his voice booming around. It scared the fox, who dashed into the forest, tail high in the air. The two were now right next to each other, no space in between them. When Kodiak or Dak breathed, their bodies pressed closer, although it was narly impossible to go further. Her scent enveloped him, and Kodiak thought has going to faint. She was amazing, her gorgeous pelt forced against his, her eyes staring into his own delicate orbs. He couldn't wait to father her pups, to see who they took after, to see them for the very first time in his life. He just couldn't wait.
Smiling wickedly again, Kodiak leaped from the rock, sad to have broken the connection they had. "Would you like to take a walk with me, love?" There really was nothing else to say, Kodiak was speechless as is. She was so beautiful, he didn't have to words to describe her. He could tell she felt the same about him, and wanted to take it further. He just hoped he didn't go too far, this time. Last time, it hadn't worked out so great, it had ended in him, well, let's just say he never got to see his pups, and his mate's blood ran cold on his fangs.

She looked into his amazing eyes as he lifted up from where he was laying and jumped down off the rock. She got up and shook her fur from any other water that was still hanging to her fur. She smiled and jumped down off the rock. "I would love to love." she said jumping off the rock and next to his body. There was really nothing left to say. She hoped she wasn't taking it too far right now. She missed a companoyon and she stood next to him smiling. She wagged her tail smiling; her eyes gleaming in the dark cave.
Her foot pads hating the rock screaming to get into the grass. She didn't care she was too busy to tend to them. She had lost herself i his eyes and finaly broke the transe when the waterfall water splashed her. Dak shook her head and smiled again. He was amazing; his beautiful pelt, his eyes, and the way he stared at her made her knees buckle. His smell invading her body as she let it flow around her body. Her ears pricked and she laughed a bit in a flirty way. Her gaze rested upon his and she waited for her mann to take the lead.

Kodiak growled in laughter, leaping from the rocks to the grass below. The cold plants felt amazing beneath his pads, and he felt relief when he saw Dak behind him. He smiled playfully, then sprinted ahead, a challenge for her. He laughed as he ran, wanting to see if she was faster then him. She probably was, Akita's were pretty slow moving dogs. Speeding up, Kodiak looked back at Dak, his eyes lit with joy. She was definitely the one for hi, he knew it. And she did, too.
Kodaik sprinted faster, running out of breath as he reached the treeline. His paws were a bit wet from the dew still laid on the grass, his ankles soaked with the water, the rest of his fur smelling like wet dog from the waterfall spray. His gallop had lasted a short burst, and he now waited for his love to join him. Looking at her, he caght her gaze and smiled again, wicked thoguhts dancing in his head. He shook them out, replacing them with thoughts of their puppies. Oh, their puppies. Once she was his, he would look after them with intensity, not letting them out of his sight until they knew how to kill and defend.
Kill and defend. Ha.

She watched as Kodiak ran ahead of her. A challange she waited a bit and started moving forward in a sprint. She was part wolf so she could run particularly fast. She laghued and smiled with joy. The only time she had this much fun when she was killing a poor defenseless animal. She remembered his scent even if it was wet dog she loved it. Looking head he was waiting for her at a tree and she slowed down and padded up to him. She sat on her hunches still smiling not even out of breath. Her eyes watching him closly as she sat there. "Aw is the poor little puppy out of breath?" she teased and played with him seeing how far she could puish him.
Her thoughts sat at when her and him would be together not just because but because they wanted to be with each other. Thinking of their pups playing with each other. Her tail started to wag and she got up and started to circle, not as a challange but, as a playful way. She strut past him keeping her soft gold eyes on him the whole time. It wouldn't be long until the sun came up again. His face lite up and as soon as he did she smiled and let out a laugh. Her fur was drying up as the cool night went on. She softly tugged on his ear not hard enough to hurt him though. She started off in the woods at a walk and looked back to see if he was following her.

"Puppy? Darling, I've fathered more pups than you can count." Kodiak knew he shouldn't have said it, but he did anyways, and raced after her, running his body against hers as he passed. He laughed, concentrating on the noise of her footfalls, waiting for her to react. His pelt waved in the slight breeze, dried by the moonlit sky. He turned back, to find that Dak was several yards away, and he was deeper into the forest than he had realized. Stopping so that she could catch up, He sat down and pinpointed her footfalls again, not wanting to lose her in the forest. His tongue ran down his chest, then his side, until he caught the end of his tail in his fangs and tugged a bur out. He was clean, now, and was ready to face her again.
He couldn't believe he was with a female as beautiful as Dakota, his heart stopped whenever he thought of her. Orbs turning to face her again, Kodiak put another large smile onto his face as she approached, his paws nervously kneading the ground, waiting for a response for the gorgeous female set in front of him.

She looked at him with a brow raised at the answer. "Is that so love? I guess you would make a good father then for let me see my pups?" she asked with intrest and chuckled a little. Her bright white fangs showing in the moon light. She smiled at him and felt his warm fur against his. Oh how the moon light reflected beautiful colors of green, blue, and red. He looked so handsome. She wanted to faint every time she saw him smiling at her. Her ankles quacked and padded behind him as he sprinted forward. She was about seven yards away from him and felt a need to be next to him; to cling to him.
She saw the handsome Kodiak clean himself off for her. She didn't like it when people wanted to make sure they looked best for her. She wasn't very imporant but she let it slide..... this time. Her hues sparkled as she caught up to him brushing against his body and laughing a bit. She felt really safe around him like Kodiak was meant to be her protecter. She waited for him to start to walk with her into the moonlight. "So you coming?" she teased him. Who know what could happen on this midnight strole?

Kodiak followed her deeper into the forest, his eyes on hers. He couldn't believe that she was here, with him, so close to being his. He laughed along with her, and opened his mouth to speak. "Of course. Why would I let you travel about without me?" Kodiak pushed against her body, feeling her warmth and heartbeat along with his own. Their fur was mixed together, light and dark colors forming to make a gray, almost cloud like color. He looked up at the moon, which was traveling down the sky now, midnight was when it began to fade. He didn't want it to go, didn't want this night to end, when he realized that he would be with Dak forever. Until hey both withered and disappeared.
Kodiak believed halfway in afterlife, it was not true, but it was. It was confusing, knowing that you were to die, but then again, did you actually completely die? The lifelong question, what happened when you died? Did you still hear, did you still exist? Or did you enter Hell, or Heaven? Kodiak knew for one that Heaven didn't exist, the lights could believe that, if they wanted. Hell was everywhere, and once a dark or light died, they went to work for the Devil.
But the question was....was it true?

Dak smiled and walked with him. She had nothing left to say, nothing left to hesar. It was just the two of them. She never wanted the moon to fall and for the sun to rise. She didn't want the stars to become just faded memories of this night. "What else was there left to say?" she thought to herself. The trees all around them made for good cover when she went out hunting. She gazed at the stars and saw a shooting starI wish me and Kodiak will be together forever.". She closed her eyes and thought about what to wish for when she got it. " she thought to herself as the star faded away into the darkness. She looked back down and stared at Kodiak. His warm look and his beautiful coat next to hers. She could just die right now.
Her eyes sparkled and his gleamed as his head was still looking at the moon. She smiled sweetly and the sounds of the water fall drew farther and farther away as they walked closer to her home.... the forest. Dakota's heart was beating faster with every step they took and every heartbeat grew stronger. His heartbeat was next to her's and she felt safe and protected with him. She leaned her body into him a little more and smiled. A thought ran into her head again....
"Will they always be together?"

Kodiak caught the shooting star, watching as it faded after making its apearance, blinding him momentarily when he stared at its beauty. Of course, it wasn't as beautiful as Dakota, nothing was. He continued walking with her, letting her scent envelope him, and feeling her warm body next to his. He hadn't appreciated when the female in the woods had gotten beneath him, and he had thought that Dak would leave because of it. But she hadn't, and he was thankful for that.
His paws hit the dirt in a rhythm, along with Dak's. His fur waved in the slight breeze, and his acoustics swiveled to catch any noise that was approaching, anyone that had the slightest thought of invading their time together. Anyone who would like to intrude.
Kodiak was on high alert when a large pine came up in front of them, its needles and branches brown and dying. They swooped several inches above the ground, and brushed the dead needles that were laying on the ground. Kodiak left Dak's side to circle the tree, sneezing when the branch swept across his nose. It left a stinging feeling, which was nothing compared to what Kodiak had faced before.
He continued circling the tree until he came across a marking in the trunk, something engraved into the dying wood itself. Kodiak could barely make it out, it had to been at least a hundred years old. Engraved into teh tree were the letters 'JW + KP'. He supposed it stood for two humans who had been in love, only to die at the merciless rampage of the dogs a few years later. Poor, poor lovers. Laughing, Kodiak sat at the spot, staring at the markings until they were engraved into his mind, the letters iside the heart, JW + KP. Together until death do they part. Ha. Together forever. Kodiak had heard of such thing, but never imagined it happening. He had thought it sounded silly, but now, now he was having second thoughts.

Dakota Spirit looked on at Kodiak and smiled. They came across a great pine tree and the sharp pointed needles. Kodiak had walked around and Dak took a minute to take in the sweet smell of the forest. It didn't compare to the scent of Kodiak though. She would rather be inflamed by his scent then forest pine any day. Dak walked around the tree avoding its needles and saw Kodiak standing infront of the trunck of the tree. She walked over by him and sat next to him looking at some engraved letters on the old wood. She looked closly and saw JW+KP. "Must have been human lovers..." she thought to herself.
Her soft brown eyes looking at it and her thoughts romed around things like they must think they would be together forever before the they died by the rampage of dogs later in life. Poor JW and KP, they didn't get much of a life to live together now did they? Dak used the cold air to make an excuse for leaning closer into Kodiak. His warm fur against hers was a warm and nice feeling. She hadn't been this happy since well never. This the first time she was ever happy wasn't it?
Dak looked up at the night sky witch was painted in blues, purples, and dark reds. It was beautiful but the only thing that could beat the mst beautiful thing in the wold was Kodiak. His handsome fur mixing with her cream fur made mixures of blacks and browns. The moonlight was despretly trying to get threw the trees but it just happened upon where they were sitting it was able to break threw and make a awesome sceen.
She didn't want this night to end. Dak looked at him with her calm choclate brown eyes and smiled at him. "So shall we move on?" she asked him leaning out a little bit to see his handsome face. She wanted to save as much of this night as she could.
