Would you buy/wear these shoes?

Hey! So I want to know your guy's opinions on these shoes. Would they be good for spring/summer? If so, what should I wear it with? Is the color ugly (orangeish). And if I were to wear them in the springtime would it look odd? You don't have to answer all these questions. Haha I'm just in doubt if I should wear them or not. Thanks
