Welcome to Canine Ridge. Your a dog living life on the streets...you know your surroundings had changed dramatically but you can't understand why. There's ruins of buildings everywhere, and no humans alive at all. Why's that? Well 80 years ago, a nuclear attack had gone off here destroying everything. Now you have to make a choice...you can be a loner, living life the way you see it, or you can join the three ruling packs of the city and near by island of Racorn City. The Cambridge pack is one of the toughest packs around. While the other two, Reflux and Taurus, are the more mellow and docile packs. Also, to make life more 'interesting', there is a small pack of Mafia now ruling a section of the city and island. So now the questions remain...will you join one of the most darkest of dogs, the Cambridge pack, or become one of the cities second feared packs, the Mafia? Make your move...just watch your back.

Star sat in a stairwell waiting for someone to come along and find her. She smiled and looked around seeing piles of stuff strewn everywhere. She walked out into the open hallway and barked for a friend. She looked around spotting glimpsesof fur but none of them familiar until she saw the glint of grey fur. Eagle? She called
Eagle ran out of the shadows and smiled at her friend. Hi Star. She said. Who are you waiting for? No one Star said her voice sad. I wonder if Baily is anywhere around. She said.
Eagle simply shrugged and went into the shadows. She came back a couple minutes later with a mouthful of food. You want some? She asked Star.
Star smiled and nodded Sure. Thanks Eagle. She said looking around. Her fur was ruffled by a passing breeze. Brr. It's getting chilly isn't it? She said. Her eyes glinted in the early sunrise. Well what do you think Eagle? Another day. Or another 24 hours of chaos?
Eagle shruged and smiled. She padded over with Star into the stairwell away from the cold.

Bailey limped in, he would have been quicker if he hadnt just bumped into a couple of mafia and had a fight which ended in him breaking his ankle on his left front leg, one of the mafia loosing half an ear and the other getting a nasty bite to the shoulder, he painfully limped into the stairwell, he smiled weakly at star, he carefully laid down whimpering in pain, he gently licked his swolen ankle, he looked at star every now and again, and then went back to licking, hoping to reduce the swelling slightly aswell as the pain, his blue merle, tan and white coat was scruffy and matted in places, he looked at star and then her friend, he smiled in a friendly way, "i'm Bailey" he said to the wolf trying his best to ignore the pain, "mafia" he said nodding to his swollen ankle as if it explained it all, he looked back at star i'll be fine, dont worry" he said noticing her shocked look, he smiled at her in a reasuring way and then started to lick his leg again, he stopped soon and sighed, he looked up at star again wondering what she was going to do

Star padded over to Baily and nuzzled him Are you sure your ok? She asked, her eyes glinting in the moonlight that streamed through the roof
Eagle sighed and sat looking between the two and smiling. Well you can tell they are close she heard the voice in her head and jumped up, looking around.
Star looked at Eagle and sighed. It's Angel again. She thought about the ghost that followed Eagle as she claimed. She nuzzled Baily again. And looked into his eyes. You need to stop getting into trouble.
